Circular Iron Knitting Kit
Model to be made with Bottom-up construction
The vest is a bottom-up construction, so from the bottom up, and is made with circular needles in the “round” up to the sleeve shim, after which it will be worked “flat.”
The stitch used is Shaved Knit for the body, and Ribbed Knit for the edges.
It presents a characteristic shape because it has a longer back while the front is shorter.
It is a simple pattern but with various techniques, such as shortened need les and the use of circular needles to construct the bust.
The Vest was made by working together a Mixed Cashmere yarn (30 percent Cashmere and 70 percent Virgin Wool) and a Mohair yarn (30 percent Silk, 70 percent Mohair).
It is an ideal model for an intermediate level.
